SPECIAL'S PACKAGE - $50 per year

You may have a vacant week coming up in the next couple of weeks or just want to post a special to give your property more exposure. You may also want to rent your property monthly in the WINTER months or seasonal in the SUMMER months. We NOW offer a Specials Package for $50 per year which will consist of Owner’s Specials, Last Minute Specials, Summer Seasonal Rental Page, Winter Monthly Rental Page, Under the Age of 25 - Prom or Group Rentals, Partial Week Rentals, Open Houses and Properties for Sale additional pages. They ALL have their own designated page and link from the home page for browsers to access quickly.

As most of you know from past experience, this is well worth the marginal investment. There were more renters looking in June and July this year than we had in January to April combined. The Last Minute Specials page was an unbelievable success this year generating hundreds of thousands of additional rental income from last minute renters. You will be able to purchase and post the Special's Package by logging into your account. We also now offer the ability to list your ad in additional bordering towns for more exposure. This is ONLY for properties that are on the borders of certain towns and will need to be approved by ShoreSummerRentals.com.

Please note that the Special's Package will expire on the same date as your Main Membership. The cost is $50 anytime you purchase or renew the package so it is best to renew when renewing your Main Membership to receive the full benefits.

ADDITIONAL TOWN PACKAGE - $25 per year

You will now have the ability to list your ad in additional towns keeping the same listing id number. This is ONLY for properties that are on the borders of certain towns and will need to be approved by Shore Summer Rentals. An example would be Diamond Beach and Wildwood Crest, NJ. A property that is physically located in Wildwood, NJ CANNOT be listed in Ocean City, NJ. The property also has to be in the same State. $25 Per Additional Town

* To purchase an Additional Town Package, please e-mail Vacation Rentals 2U.com (a Shore Summer Rentals.com Co.) the name of the additional town that you would like your ad listed in and if approved, we will call you for payment information.

Packages can only be purchased in addition to your yearly
Standard, Deluxe, Multi-Unit, Hotel/Motel or Bed & Breakfast Membership.
