** When a potential renter performs an Advanced Search that matches your criteria, your property will randomly rotate (to be fair to all) with other properties that match the criteria searched (Deluxe members randomly rotate ABOVE Standard members for more exposure).
Vacation Rentals 2U.com and Shore Summer Rentals.com listings are designed to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. You may NOT list more than one property per listing. If this is observed, you will be warned to remove the additional property advertisement, photos, etc. If you do not remove the information, ShoreSummerRentals.com has the right to deactivate your listing with no refund.
MULTI-UNIT MEMBERSHIP
Apartment complexes or properties with two or more units IN THE SAME BUILDING can purchase the Multi-Uni9t Package for $250 per year and will have the same benefits of the Deluxe Package with up to 2 listings. You will have a separate listing with it's own Rental ID, Photos, Description, Calendar, etc. for each unit in your building. PLEASE NOTE that the first listing is considered the Parent Property which is linked to the second and the property address will be indicated on the Parent Property ONLY. If the 2 properties have different addresses, feel free to put the addresses in the listing title or description.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT PROPERTIES IN TOWNS WITH A LOT OF COMPETITION SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THE DELUXE MEMBERSHIP as your property will have up to 4 TIMES MORE EXPOSURE than a Standard Membership as well as allows you up to 30 photos. Ads with several photos of interior AND exterior areas do much better than people who only have 5. People are not at the property and need great visuals.
