RENTAL SEARCH INSTRUCTIONS

There are several ways to find the perfect vacation rental.  We have developed a state of the art, ADVANCED search tools to find the exact property you are looking to rent like no other “For Rental By Owner” website out there!  A TOWN AND A STATE NEED TO BE ENTERED FOR ALL SEARCHES.

First Choice:

ALL PROPERTIES LISTED BY STATE

1. Click a State on the map where you would like to view ALL vacation rental properties.

2. This will bring you to a page that lists ALL towns in that State.

3. Click on the town that you would like to see vacation rental properties.

4. You will be brought to a page that has a town description and a table of ALL vacation rental properties in that town.

5. You will have the ability to sort all vacation rental properties per town by:

            a. Rental ID
            b. No. of Bedrooms
            c. Maximum Occupancy
            d. No. of Bathrooms
            e. Blocks to the Beach
            f.  Elevator
            g. Boat Slip
            h. Handicap Accessible
            i. Pool
            j. Pets

6. Click on the Rental ID No. of the properties that you are interested in to view the property details, rates, availability and photos.

7.  Contact the Owner directly by e-mail or telephone.  Contact information is at the bottom of the ad.

Second Choice:

PERFORM AN ADVANCED SEARCH CHOOSING SEVERAL PROPERTY CRITERIA CHOICES

1. Choose a State where you would like to view vacation rental properties from the drop down arrow at the top right of the page and click “GO”. (You can also click on “Find a Rental” on the left of the page under the Renter icon)

2. This will bring you to the Advanced Search page where you can choose from the following property criteria:

              a. State
              b. City
              c. Development Name
              d. Rental ID
              e. Views
              f. Bedrooms
              g. Property Type
              h. Street Name
              I. Keyword
              j. Smoking
              k. Pets
              l. Handicapped Accessible
              m. Blocks to Beach
              n. Sleeps
              o. Pool
              p. Elevator
              q. Boat Slip
              r. Bathrooms
              s. Date Availability
              t. Rental Rates

3.  Choose the items which are important to you and click Search.

4. Click on the “View Details” of the properties that you are interested in to view the property details, rates, availability and photos.

5.  Contact the Owner directly by e-mail or telephone.  Contact information is at the bottom of the ad.

Third Choice:

1. If you know the Rental ID of the property, just enter it on the top right side of the page in the Advanced Search box and click “GO”.

2. Click on “View Details” of the property to view the property details, rates, availability and photos.
