Main House: Room One. A queen sized bed. Room Two. A queen sized bed. Included in these rooms is a fully prepared breakfast, cable tv, internet, washer/dryer, bicycles,
shuttle service to and from the airport or train station and lots of advice. These two rooms share a common bathroom. This has never been a problem. We are a 10 minute river walk from the heart of Fairbanks. Restaurants and shops are nearby.Hall House: Queen Room. A queen sized bed. King Room. A king sized bed. This is a stand alone house. It lies directly across the street from our main house. It has a living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio, fenced yard and private garage. We fill the cupboard and fridge with foot and you prepare you own breakfast. Bicycles, washer/dryer and advise are included.Studio Apartment: King sized bed and futon. This apartment lies in a separate building but adjacent to our main house. It is totally private, secure and our most popular rental. It has a king sized bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, private entrance and private patio. The bathroom is on the ground floor and the sleeping area and kitchenette are on the 2nd level. There are four spacious windows. We fill the fridge and cupboard with food and you prepare your own breakfast. There is ample parking and privacy. Included is a washer/dryer and bicycles. We are a 10 minute river walk from restaurants, shops and the heart of town.
