There is paragliding and a lot of Mt. Biking going on in the Summer and in the winter the downhill and cross country skiing is excellent. Snow machining in the Turn Again Pass is not far away. For the climbers there is rock and ice available. Many great restaurants to fit anyone appetite and budget. There is a great park for kids which includes tennis courts and a skate park. Alyeska Ski Resort has an aerial tramway that runs both Summer and Winter. There are 2 restaurants on top. Glacier Express and the fine dining Seven Glaciers.

Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked as to not block the road.  Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.Wood Stove: The wood stove is a log-fired firebox. Split wood and fire starter logs are provided for your use. Please do not use any other materials in the wood stove. The use of accelerates is prohibited.Cutting of trees on the property or any nearby property is prohibited. Should you choose to use the wood stove, you assume responsibility for its proper use and for any damage that occurs to the building structure or its contents as a result of the misuse of or lack of care taken when using the wood stove.
