Property Description
All Alaska Outdoors Lodge is located 6 miles from Soldotna on a beautiful trout filled Floatplane Lake. Our central location puts all of your activities within an easy distance. After spending your day fishing, hunting, or sightseeing, you may choose to eat at one of many restaurants in the Soldotna/Kenai area, or you may choose to prepare your own meal in your fully equipped kitchen. The type, timing and cost of your dining are entirely up to you. Upon your return to the lodge for the evening, you can enjoy the view of the lake from your deck or relax in the sauna.All Alaska Outdoors Lodging: We have several wonderful living settings for our guests. Our main lodge overlooks trout-filled Longmere Lake. It has two 1 BR suites with one bath and an extra vanity; and two 2 BR suites, each with one bath and extra vanity. Nestled in the nearby woods we have two 2 BR/2 Bath cabins. Above our New Conference and Dining Center we have 4 comfortable studios. All of our suites and cabins are non-smoking and have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room, satellite TV/DVD, FREE Wireless Internet and daily maid service. Our lodging provides the feeling of remoteness with the convenience of a nearby town. All guests are welcome to use the Lakeside Log Sauna for an authentic wood-fired Alaska steam or take one of the Mad River canoes onto the lake for some trout fishing. At the end of your days activities sit by our nightly campfire. Very few operations can compare the quality of their lodging and grounds to ours.Cabin 1: This is a quaint and secluded cabin with a wooded view. It has two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Downstairs is a spacious living area with great windows on every wall, you will see animals. For reservations made after April 15 the year of the trip, a 50%
deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due in full
within 30 days of booking. For reservations under 30 days, balance is due in full at the time of booking. Visa or Master card may be used only for an initial 25% deposit. Balances must be in the form of a personal check, money order or cashier's check.

All the Rates are in US Dollars.Kids stay free!!A second 25% installment is due by January 1, the year of your trip.This brings the total deposit paid to 50% of the original booking amount. Payment in full is due no later than April 15 the year of your trip. Reservations remaining unpaid will be considered canceled and no refund of monies paid will be given. For reservations made after January 1 the year of the trip, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
An initial 25% deposit is required to reserve space at our lodge.
For cancellations occurring prior to January 1 the year of your trip,
we will refund all the initial deposit less $100 per person
cancellation fee.
All cancellations occurring after January 1 the year of the trip are
non-refundable. All Alaska Outdoors will retain entire amount paid.
However, if notification is received of a cancellation two weeks prior
to Arrival, 50% of monies paid to date may be transferred to a
reservation for the following year.
