Come and visit our little slice of paradise. You will find a well maintained, clean, 1624 square foot townhome in Timberwalk off of Three Oaks Parkway. The property includes a small lanai and a one car garage with a garage door opener. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with his and her sinks and shower. There is a second bathroom upstairs for the other two bedrooms with a bathtub/shower. A small desk is supplied in the foyer area outside the upstairs bedrooms.
The Timberwalk gated community is located minutes from the airport and the Gulf Coast Town Center with retail stores, numerous restaurants and a movie theatre. The Coconut Point Mall and the Miromar Outlet Mall, both in Estero are a short drive away.
The community has a pool and fitness room, along with a playground and picnic area near the lake. Fort Myers Beach is a short 20-30 minute drive (depending on traffic) and it is an easy drive if you want to explore the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The area boasts numerous beaches, and is near Lovers Key State Park for kayaking or canoeing. The property is conveniently located for Spring Training enthusiasts.
The unit is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasurable vacation stay. Included is a 42 inch widescreen television with a DVD/CD player and home theatre system in the living room, television in the Master Bedroom and cable and Wi-Fi. The unit has a washer and dryer. Linens, towels, cookware are supplied along with a hair dryer. Just about everything you will need to feel right at home.
The unit is available for seasonal monthly rental January through April. January and April are $1900.00 per month and February and March are $2300.00 per month plus 11% Florida state tax. We will be asking for a $750 refundable security deposit, a landlord/tenant agreement and references. The Homeowner's Association also requires a rental agreement. There is a $75 cleaning fee unless you want to do it yourself.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The unit will be placed up for re-rental. If successfully rented any money paid will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. If the unit does not rent any payment made will be forfeited. If paid in full at the time of the cancellation the security deposit will be refunded.
