Swaying palms gently bend to the rhythm of gentle trade winds. The bougainvillea framing the properties edges to greet you warmly as you enter into a different time and place. As scented tropical plants fragrance fills the air, the hibiscus and napaka provide a colorful framework to complete this natural picture.
Step back into time as you enter this quaint oceanfront setting, filled with teak, koa, and bamboo furnishings that give the feel of an easy waterfront lifestyle. The upstairs master bedroom has a panoramic view of the whole ocean from diamond head and as far as you can see. The view is both Spectacular and breathtaking. I always feel so blessed every time I stay as a guest at Ka Hale Kai. I know I am in the real Hawaii and all its grandeur. The view is priceless. The oversize Master bedroom upstairs facing the ocean has a King -size bed & an extra bed as well with a television and DVD player. The nearby Upstairs 2nd bedroom with a Queen-size bed is excellent for accommodating children or another visiting couple. There is also a futon sofa bed upstairs in the living room area. The living room area also contains a large television with DVD player, AM/FM /CD player, digital phone service with unlimited long distance calling, and Wi-Fi, high speed internet access. Deposits:
All payments are to be received in US dollars. To hold the reservation a deposti of 20 % of the rent amount going towards the balance in order to reserve the house. Half of the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and the final payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
the 20% deposit of the rent amount is nonrefundable. All payments received before 30 days prior to arrival with the exceptin of the 20% deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after 30 days prior to arrival no refund will be given unless the house can be rented out to other guests. The amount in which it is rented out for will be the amount of the refund.
