This beautiful studio is located in a quiet neighborhood close to world famous Kailua Beach. Property is on the water with a large swimming pool. Studio will sleep up to 4 and is furnished with a king size bed, single bed, and futon. The Studio : is attached to a 2500 sq. foot house. You have a private entrance and parking is right next to the gate. The space comes with a small refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee pot. The room is adjacent to the giant lanai filled with many seating areas and the swimming pool. The room has high vaulted ceilings and lots of windows that allow the cool tropical breeze to flow through. Located in a quiet neighborhood it is close to the beach and you can kayak from your own backyard. Everything you need is provided in the room. The entire studio is handicap accessible and the bathroom has installed support bars and hand held shower nozzle. Everything you need is available to you. Toiletries and unlimited towels. A quick text message will get you anything from the main house.
The Neighborhood : Is quiet and serene. The house is located on a street with no outlet so only local traffic passes by. A perfect place for small children to sleep early while adults enjoy a nice glass of wine by the canal. Bustling Kailua town is less than a mile away. You will find ethnic and local eateries of every flavor and the shopping is endless. Sample Hawaii's well known shave ice with unique tropical flavors. Many local stores offer beautiful, hand crafted, one of a kind items to take home with you. Kailua is 20 minutes to the airport and Waikiki. Bike rentals and beach activity rentals are all available less than a mile away.
