For two additional guests, the recliner sofa can be converted into a queen size bed. A gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and elegant granite counter tops allow you to cook with ease and pleasure. Relax outdoor in the private patio where you can spend a day just reading, eating, or just playing ping pong. Rental of 1 bedroom house: 4 person max. occupancy,$1000 security deposit, $250 outclean fee taken from security deposit. Outclean fees may be adjusted to cover extraordinary cleaning or repair expenses. All rates are subject to 13.75% Hawaii state tax. All rents are payable in advance with 50% of rent due 90 days prior to occupancy.Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Full rent assessed on cancellations made with less than 90 days notice unless
property can be rerented. A $500 administrative fee assessed on all cancellations.
