This Maui condo is located on the beach of Kihei, Maui in Hawaii on Sugar Beach, offers ocean view, beach, snorkeling, swimming pool, air conditioning, nearby shopping. Rates are much lower than comparable Maui condos in the area. Most visitors to our condo return repeatedly.
Our lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath, or we also have a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the "sunny south shore" of Maui. The condo is fully furnished and completely equipped to make your vacation "No Ka Oi" (the best!). The 1 bedroom unit accommodates 3 people and our 3 bedroom unit accommodates 6 persons. The units feature complete kitchen fully equipped, microwave oven, color TV, all linens, beach towels and private telephone (no charge for local calls). Washers and dryers are available on each floor.

All Rates in US Dollars. We take Visa Master card American express and other credit cards. There is a 25% deposit required to reserve the unit balance to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival unless special arrangements have been made there is a 11.42% Hawaiian tax and a $85.00 cleaning fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
We recommend you buy travelers insurance. If you do need to cancel deposit is refundable minus a $100.00 cancelation charge if you cancel 60 days prior to your arrival
