This one-bedroom, two-bath condo is ideal for families. It has one bedroom and two complete baths and sleeps up to four people very comfortably. The condo is fully air-conditioned and completely equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. It's located in the ocean side Maui Sunset complex in Kihei. Amenities include a full-size refrigerator and ceramic range, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, VCR, second TV in the bedroom, CD player and stereo, telephones, linens and beach towels, blender and all kitchen utensils. Barbecue at the free propane grills on the grounds, then enjoy a tropical drink or a meal on your private balcony. The Maui Sunset grounds are spacious and beautiful, with acres of grass and tropical trees and flowers. There is a large swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness room with sauna, golf putting green and shuffleboard courts and two tennis courts just steps away. So just bring your suitcase; everything else is provided.

For additional Specials please contact the owner. We require a $200 US or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. When we receive your deposit the unit is then reserved for you. The balance of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.We will mail you a receipt and more information about Maui when we receive your deposit. We will mail you the check-in authorization slip when we receive your balance.There is no extra charge for late check-out (when available) or cleaning.Currently, Hawaii state accommodation taxes are 12.42% and are added to the rates above.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival date, we will return the deposit less a $50 administration/processing charge.
If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival date, we will credit the full amount of your payment towards a future rental.
