Check is time is after 4 PM HST and checkout is 12 Noon HST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout unless pacifically authorized by owner. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. DAMAGE/ RESERVATION DEPOSIT- If charging by credit card no deposit is necessary and your card will only be charged for damages if the following provisions (a-e) are not met. a) No damage to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. d) No linens are lost or damaged. e) The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by the Kauai Beach Resort. ADDITIONAL FEES – One-time processing fee of $25 charged by the resort upon check-in.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate of $25/day. We suggest you bring beach towels. A guest laundry is also available. PARKING PASSES – Optional parking passes are issued by the resort for a fee of $12.95/day. Renters must display parking pass on the dash of their car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
