A short walk takes you to the three-mile-long Sugar Beach. Also nearby is a marina for snorkeling, fishing, and diving excursions. Two blocks away there is a world class aquarium and Maalaea Harbor Village, teeming with shops and restaurants. Cancellation/Refund Policy:
$500 deposit required,
• Balance due 30 days before arrival (60 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and res. 14 nights and over).
• If you cancel your trip more than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations 14 nights and over) prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee.
• If you cancel 60 days or less but more than 30 days ( 90 days or less but more than 60 days for Holiday season as above and res. 14 nights and over) your deposit will be refunded less $200 processing fee.
• If you cancel your trip 30 days or less ( 60 days or less for Holiday season as above and reservations 14 nights and over) before arrival, your entire deposit and balance will be non-refundable. If we can rebook, we will refund that portion which is re-booked less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for natural disasters.
• We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance
