All Rates are in US Dollars.Nightly rate is $175 plus Hawaii tax of 13.42%, based on a maximum of four persons occupying unit. First night’s deposit plus tax is required at time of booking. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is within 90 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. One time cleaning fee ($125 for two persons or $150 for four persons) and a refundable $250 security deposit is calculated in the total rental amount. Security deposit is fully refunded upon an inspection of the unit performed on day of departure. Payment in the form of a personal check or using PayPal’s check program.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A minimum 90 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made less than 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 100% loss of paid rental amounts unless property is re-booked for the same period and at the same rate of the initial booking. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Always protect yourself with travel insurance.
