NO playing, riding bikes, skateboarding or any type of recreation is allowed in the parking areas, blacktop, and driveways.
Garage doors are to be closed at all times unless you are working in or using the garage.
Absolutely NO SMOKING on property. Hawaii’s Smoke Free Law, Act 295, prohibits smoking within 20 feet of doorways, windows & ventilation intakes of the above areas.
Leave SAND at the beach. Wash your feet and beach gear at the beach showers at Napili or Kapalua Bay
