Cycle on gentle rolling paved and back-roads through the jungle where you can listen to the birds singing and enjoy the beauty of the wild orchids. Soak or swim in the calm ocean waters of the natural hot ponds, surf at Pohoiki, bask in the sun at the gorgeous black sand beach, enjoy hiking trails, natural volcanic steam vents, an active volcano at Kilauea Volcano National Park, botanical gardens, farmers, and artesian markets.

Deposits:
Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of one nights rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking (for stays of 2 days or longer). A deposit of half a nights rent ($48) is due within 10 business days of booking for stays of 1 night. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Along with Damage Deposit ($200) and Cleaning Fee ($30/1nt. stay, $60 for longer stays). Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks.Special: $95 for first night, $85 for second night, $75 for third and subsequent nights.Damage Deposit:A damage deposit of $200 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, and all property of Isle of Dreams. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You may be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will may be charged for violations to the house rules.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For cancellations more than 31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 100. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 15 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $200. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
