• All rates in US Dollars.• Three night minimum stay• $250/night for Main house: $350/night for Main house and studio• 25% increase between December 15 and January 15• $500 security/damage deposit (refundable after rental)• $300 cleaning fee• Additional Hawaii taxes ((13.42%)• 25% of fee, tax, cleaning and damage deposit are due when confirmed, balance due 30 days before checking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
• Fees paid will be refunded at 50% if cancelled 60 days prior to check in date, or 0% if cancelled 30 days prior to check in.
