Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The reservation deposit will be returned after vacation use after the house keeper inspects the house and the tenant has returned the keys. The security deposit is not affected by normal wear and tear. For cancellations of a said reservation, we will refund order if we receive/written notice 30 days from date of scheduled arrival.
