You can cook your favorite dishes at the gourmet kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table for 10 vacationers. During your stay at our New Orleans rental house, you can take advantage of numerous outdoor attractions. You can head towards The French Quarter to enjoy nightlife, try your luck at casinos and taste fabulous food and wines at a wide range of restaurants. Moreover, many famous events such as Mardi Gras Parades, Jazz Fest, The Crescent City Classic, Ironman and UNO Arena are in close proximity as well.

$1700 per week in off season or $250 per day, 3 day minimum.$2000 per week in shoulder season, or $300 per day, 3 day minimum.$2300 per week in high season. A seven day rental is required. The cleaning fee is $150; A $350 refundable damage deposit is due upon booking.High Season includes: The home books by the week only for New Year's Eve/ Sugarbowl; Mardi Gras; each of 2 weeks of Jazz Fest; Essence Fest; and Voodoo Fest .New Year's Eve/ Sugar Bowl Festival (dates of December 28-January 3, 2013)Mardi Gras Week (February 5-12, 2013 ); Jazz Festival (April 25-28 2013 and May 2-5, 2013.)Essence Festival (July6-8, 2012); Voodoo Fest is (October 26-28, 2012).________________________________________________________________________________________________________Shoulder season includes the following dates :December 20, 2012 -June 1, 2013, with the exception of high season events within; and special events- pricing for -Final Four and Super Bowl.________________________________________________________________________________________________________Note: The home is very close to the following annual activities: triathelete event, Iron Man at UNO on April 22, 2012; The Crescent City Classic on April 25, 2012, ; The Jazz Festival ; Vodoo Festival Oct. October 26- 28, 2012. It is in close proximity also to The University of New Orleans, The UNO Arena, and Dillard University.paypal, personal checks and money orders.There is a damage deposit of $350 which is refundable within ten days after check-out, provided normal wear and tear to the unit. The cleaning fee is $100.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
