2 bedroom apartment, short block from St. Charles on 3rd Street, close to the Parade route and streetcar. We are a short streetcar ride or a long walk from the French Quarter.
The apartment is fully furnished, including linens, new refurbished kitchen, pots and pans, plates and utensils, all utilities, satellite television, and wireless internet.
We're having a summer discount of 20%, which runs through September. The rates during this period are $100/night, $600/week.
Jazz Fest 2012 is open. 10 day minimum at 2X the price. The total for the 10 days is $1740.
Halloween is a one week minimum.
Mardi Gras 2013 is a one week minimum, total $2200.
Super Bowl 2013 is $250/night with a 4 night minimum.

Owner Policies:1) No pets.2) No smoking in the apartment.On Departure:1) All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. 2) The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.3) The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees.4) All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.5) Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.6) Used linens should be removed from beds and placed in laundry room.
