Welcome to the GOLDEN SANDS RESORT. This beautiful resort has every imaginable amenity and OCEAN DOWNS CASINO is only 10 miles away.
There are two outdoor pools where one is a kiddie pool. There are tennis and racquetball courts as well as volleyball and shuffleboard courts. There is a massive deck on the beach with its own Tiki Bar and grill. Also on the deck level are multiply stores (gift shop, convenience store, ice cream / pastry shop and an arcade).
The Golden Sands also features a beautiful roof top indoor pool, saunas game room, lounge and fitness center, all of which have spectacular views of the beach and ocean.
This small two bedroom condo located on the 21st floor has been newly decorated and painted (2011) The living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling glass that gives you a panoramic view of the beach and ocean from every angle. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and cable TV/LCD/DVD. The room also has access to the balcony and the 1.5 bath. The living room features offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa, and Cable TV with LED/DVD. The second bedroom features a trundle bed (sleeps 2) cable TV, and access to the 1.5 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs! Also, for your convenience, in the unit, there is a stackable washer and dryer.

Walk one flight up to the indoor heated pool, the exercise room, saunas, lounge and game room. All with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are no condos above this unit so you will be free of noisy renters.
Enjoy the beautiful beaches or take a ride on the trolley/bus (one fee all day) to the Ocean City Boardwalk where there is 3 miles of shops, clubs, restaurants and amusement parks. There is something for everyone in Ocean City. You can para-sail, jet ski, miniature golf, go-cart race and more. Food at any of the hundreds of restaurants is unmatched on the east coast. If you play golf or gamble, both can be found just a short ride away. Just bring your linens, towels, bathing suits and lotion.

There is a Golden Sands $30.00 Registration Fee. Fee includes for your convenience a private assigned parking space #148 for your use.
Security Deposit is either a REFUNDABLE $300.00 or Peace of Mind Insurance for 60.00 (non-refundable)
