One king-sized bed, 1 queen, 3 singles and a queen-sized sofa bed easily accommodate 9 people. This vacation home is designed for comfort and wired for fun: Internet, Cable, and a DVD player are all included, along with air conditioning, a washer-dryer, sheets and towels, and all the other essentials (from microwave, to lobster pot, to fireplace) that will make this feel like your home away from home. Completely equipped for gourmet chefs! Fish off the dock, take the canoe and explore the bogs, go hiking and biking along the trails in the abutting conservation areas, spend the day at one of the nearby beaches, or explore some of the antique shops for which the Cape is known. All are located a short drive away.
At the end of the day, watch the sunset from the wrap-around deck, throw some fish on the outdoor grill, or enjoy one of the many near-by outstanding restaurants. We dare you not to relax while you’re here!

All rates are in US Dollars. Rates Range from $1,800 - $2,800 depending on the dates. 1/2 the rental fee is due at booking, the other 1/2 the rental fee, deposit ($500), and cleaning fee ($135) are due 6 weeks before occupancy.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
$50 up to 90 days prior to arrival date; 1/2 the rental fee from 40-90 days prior arrival date; the entire rental fee if less than 40 days prior to arrival date.
