Property Description
We are renting the back apartment of our house for the 2011 to 2012 winter and summer season now! Our house is divided into two, front and back, two-floor apartments. The back apartment of our renovated, classic cottage in Oak Bluffs looks out over a lush lawn and garden and is just minutes from the shops, restaurants and beaches of Oak Bluffs. Turn right walking out the driveway and on foot you are either downtown or at the Town Beach in 10 to 15 minutes. Our place has two-bedrooms, one bath, and an open living, dining and cooking area with sliding doors leading onto a large deck. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed and its own balcony. Downstairs there are two twin beds in the first floor bedroom. There is also a queen-sized fold-out futon couch in the living room.
