The Historic Manomet Point beach house was built in 1884 for the Coast Guard Sea Captain because of it's perfect point-lot location and stunning ocean views. The beach house has been completely renovated and updated including a modern fully equipped kitchen with cathedral ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, and spectacular ocean views from every room. The propety also includes a cozy two bedroom apartment with a separate entrance, private sun deck and a another full kitchen.

The house features a comfortable open floor plan with contemporary furnishings, and a spacious living room that includes a big screen TV and a cozy wood-burning stove to relax by after a day at the beach or sightseeing in historic Plymouth.

The apartment has leather furniture, an additional big-screen TV, an oceanview work station, a second woodburning stove in addition to the three zone furnace for the property, and an island kitchen that's fully equipped. The apartment also has a comfortable reading area and game room with a terrific ocean view.

A large wrap-around deck is perfect for relaxing with friends and family while viewing the most amazing sunrise and sunsets. We also offer many amenities for your enjoyment and recreation including DVD, VCR, wireless internet, Sony playstation, a book and video library, toys and board games.
