House is fully equipped with Owners own linens, cookware and tableware. Full pool fenced in w. heater. Miles of dirt roads surrounding the property are ideal for walking, running and biking. Umpachene Falls are 1.5 miles from the house, the beach at York Lake 3.5 miles, Butternut Ski Area, a 15 min drive, and Tanglewood, a 30 min drive.

Minimum rental perior: 1 week

1. Pets: dogs are welcome if they are well trained and if they do not sit on the furniture. Cats are less welcome. Any and all damage or destruction done by any pet must be fully repaired and security will be held accordingly.

2. Waste: Soft garbage that the disposal can't handle will be collected on alternate Thursdays. Other non recyclable garbage should be tied in plastic bags and left in the appropriate bin in the garage. Metal, glass, plastic containers and paper must be separated and also left in bins in the garage and will be taken by the Owner or caretaker at the end of the tenancy.
