All rates in US Dollars.Price varies with the size of the group, the use of the property, and other services requested. In addition to rates a $300 cleaning fee is added and a $500 security deposit is required. 50% of the rental is due at the time of the reservation and the balance, plus security deposit and cleaning fee is due 30 days before the reservation starts. A lease is required for all rentals.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Half of the rental fee is due at the time of the reservation. If you must cancel the reservation we will attempt to re-rent the property. If it is re-rented your fee will be refunded in full. If not you will lose the rent you provided. Note: if the re-rental only covers a portion of the time period you reserved we will refund a prorated portion of your funds.
