The bay has the most brilliant sunsets north of Key West and is called "The Home of the Best Sunsets" at the Jersey shore and is a natural habitat for all kinds of birds and wild life, most notably the horseshoe crabs. It is situated very close to historic Cape May proper. The Cape May Zoo for children of all ages is close by and the Cape May Ferry, perfect for day trips to Delaware, is just a few miles south. Enjoy the amazing sunsets on the upper deck then go below for a cocktail and dinner in the screened in Tiki Lounge. Just minutes from Cape May, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, Avalon, Sea Isle and Ocean City's many attractions. Sleeps up to 7 with one twin in small bedroom one queen futon and one queen bed in second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Rentals available first week of April throught last week of October. Special weekend rates available April and first three weeks of May and again the Second weekend of September thru the last week of October. The weather is fabulous during those times.
This property has been renovated and has two bedrooms one very small bedrwoom with a twin bed and one with queen/double and one queen futon. Total sleeping capacity is 7. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. There is a screened in porch that has a bar/eating area and sitting area.
This cottage is 100 feet from the Bay Beach. Spectacular water views (Sunsets). There is one house between the cottage and the bay. We are on the coast for Kayaking (we provide 2 kayaks) and biking. You will be in the center of EVERYTHING.
Last month's issue of PHILADELPHIA MAGAZINE described the Villas as a 'Sleepy Little Bayside Burg where you can enjoy the Shore without the congestion - This is truly an Old Shore town'.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Once a deposit is accepted should you need to cancel, we will relist your week for rent. If week is re-rented deposit will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee. If week is not re-rented no refund is made.
