During peak season, the local beach association charges an additional fee to access the private beach, bay + nearby clubhouse. Last year the fee was $90 per week for six badges and $100 per week for eight badges. Check with Ocean Beach Yacht Club for accuracy. This is a separate charge from rent, does not go to the owner, but is certainly worth it for renters...

Deposits:
$59 insurance covers up to $5,000 in property damage and is non-refundable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
