Property Description
2ND FROM THE OCEAN AND 30' FROM THE BEACH on 16th Street in N. Beach Haven. Very clean, quiet and well managed. We personally inspect and attend to our property every Saturday during the rental season to insure cleanliness and a smooth changeover. We handle our own rentals and rent to families as opposed to groups of young people. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and respectful of other families. You'll not be disappointed with this rental. Most of our bookings are repeat tenants, year after year.

The 1st Floor Apartment is actually the 3BR middle floor shown in the photos. The 20'x30' ground-floor deck in back is included with this apartment and features a picnic table, lounge chairs, outside shower, laundry room and Weber gas grille.

Additional Rate Information
$300 Hold Deposit required to reserve a week. Additionally, 50-percent of the rental amount is due by February 1st of the year in which the rental is being held. The remaining 50-percent of the rental amount is then due two weeks prior to check-in. Upon check-in, the $300 Hold Deposit becomes the Security Deposit, which is refunded by mail after check-out providing everything is in good order and left according to the terms in the lease agreement.
