If you wish to use our cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours of departure. You must pay for the service or agree to have it deducted from your security deposit. The cleaning fee starts at $125. If you choose this option we still expect the unit to be neat, straightened up, trash and recycles taken out, and all of personal items removed from the unit.

Deposits:
A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is required. A refundable security deposit of 400.00 is required prior to check in and with final payment. Security deposits are returned the week following departure.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Advance notice required. Within 30 days of arrival and deposit money will be retained until the property is re-rented at full price.
