At 18th and Surf, it is a PRIME location and a great place to stay. The interior is well appointed, beautiful and spacious. The exterior has a garage, a back yard and an outdoor shower including a foot rinse.
The living room has cathedral ceilings and skylights and an HDTV.
The modern kitchen has a gas range and an advanced water purifier at the sink. No need to buy water, refill your own bottles! There is quality cookware, plateware, glassware and stemware. We include little luxuries like a blender, a fondue kit and plenty of spices and utensils for cooking.
Away from the living area are three bedrooms with high quality bedding, double door closets and TV's w/cable. Also, there are two beautifully decorated full bathrooms.
The laundry room has a new full sized washer and dryer.
Of course there is central air conditioning, but our place also has ceiling fans in BR's, the LR and the Kitchen.
Free internet is with Comcast High Speed Cable and includes a wireless router. There is a computer table in the LR... or be online on the deck or in any room!! HD Comcast Digital on Demand is also included. The TV component plays DVD's, CD's or VHS.
It's a block away, but, you can see the ocean from our deck. There are six comfortable chairs with a table and an umbrella.
There are a many more special touch extra features to help make it an enjoyable seashore vacation. Call and we will explain all the things we did not write about.
Like... You can walk to everything!
- One Block North to 17th and Surf. There you will find the Little
Giant grocery store, the Pancake house and the
Beach Supply/General Store
- One Block East to dinner & drinks at the Boardwalk.
- Many restaurants are within walking distance,
like Woody's , which has take out liquor, beer and
wine. (3 blocks ) and Owen's Pub (2 blocks)
- Watch the fireworks over the ocean, every Friday
night, from the boardwalk. (The view is not as good
but you can see them from our deck!)
- 'Close enough ' (8 blocks South) to the Morey's 26th
street amusement pier, the first of many amusement
piers as you continue South on the Boardwalk
- 'Far enough' from the music , lights and activities of
the piers to have a haven away from the crowds on a
quiet street.
It is an ideal vacation place. We spend many weekends during the fall, winter and spring at our place, and love it. We hope you will too! Our place has the needs and comforts of home, and, maybe a little more. We try our hardest to make it that way. Starting at check in time, when we will be there to give you the keys and show you around.

A $300 security deposit is required.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Once a contract has been signed, deposit refunds and additional payments ( less a $100.00 fee) will be returned if the unit can be rented at the same agreed price for the week cancelled. If the rental fee for that week is less, it will be deducted from the refund.
