Deposits:
$250 Deposit for weekly booking, different for seasonal or longer time frames - these funds shall be for Security deposit upon checkin. Security deposit shall be returned within 30 days of lease provided unit is in full satisfactory condition. Tenant shall be notified immediately of any damages noted. NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT! Landlord shall have final decision on damages if any, with notification to Tenant as soon as possible. Different fees/deposits for long fall weekends-Electric included in short term rentals - long term negotiable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Deposit Funds are non-refundable. Once leases are signed, cancellations will be permitted if notified in writing, 45 days in advance - provided unit is re-rented for that rental period at the same rate. If the unit is not re-rented or at a reduced rate, the difference shall be deducted from the Tenant's monies, and the balance shall be returned. If unit can not be rented - all monies shall be forfeited to Landlord with no further obligation by either party. Landlord reserves all rights to final decisions on rental monies refunded.
