As you enter through the Grand Foyer in the newest completed Townhome in this great beach location, you will notice the Beautiful Chandelier sparkling over the Ivory Ceramic Tile Floor. Within a few steps up the staircase you will find the Guest Powder Room, Larger Laundry Room with Full Size Washer and Dryer. To the right we have provided a door for privacy to the newly added 4th Bedroom! This bedroom has a Queen Size Four Poster Cherry Bed with a Chatham and Wells Deluxe Mattress; Triple Dresser, Flat Screen TV with a DVD Player. Enjoy the summer breezes off the private balcony overlooking the Ocean.
In the back portion of the townhouse you will delight in the Upgraded Gourmet Kitchen with huge breakfast Bar which has five counter stools, all appliances and every possible cooking and dining amenitiy! Once you see yourself in our kitchen, you won't want to prepare your meals anywhere else! Right off the Kitchen is the large Dining Room area where we have a Beautiful Pedastal Clear Laquer Banquet Size Table with (8) Chairs for your family and friends. Please note that between the Kitchen and Dining room we seat (13) 14 if you squeeze in a highchair for the baby! Overlooking the dining room and along several picture windows is the Family/Living Room. We have a custom 'European Designer Purple', yes I said (purple) Microfiber sofa that is simply devine. It will comfortably seat 8 adults! Also in the Family Room is the TV/DVD/Stereo Entertainment Center for the entire family to enjoy.
Masterbedroom #1, up on the third floor has another Queen Size Chatham and Wells Deluxe Bedding along with a beautiful Brass/Bronze Headboard. Just off the bedroom area we have turned one of the two walk-in closets into a large sitting and Vanity Area for the ladies to enjoy. On the other side, just passed the sliding glass doors out to another private balcony is our huge Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub! It also has a double picture window to enjoy that Ocean View.
Bedroom #2 and #3 are just down the hallway where they share an oversized Bathroom with Double Marble Sinks and Tub Shower combination. We have also upgraded the bedding in both of those rooms. Why should the kids suffer....they need a good nights sleep too after all that time on the beach and boardwalk!

Cleaning Fee - We provide a professional cleaning service prior to each family's stay at our beach house. However, you must leave the townhouse in the same neat appearance that it was presented. Our cleaning crew will do the floors, dusting and bathrooms. However, any addItional cleaning, breakage, over and above the normal will be charged back to the tenants. These fees will be advised immediately in writing and taken from your security deposit.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation of your already confirmed and under deposit week(s) carries a $300.00 re-rental fee. Given able time, if we are able to re-rent the week that you have cancelled (due to family emergencies, work schedule changes, etc.) you will be given a full refund less a 300.00 cancellation fee. The sooner you advise us of your change of plans the sooner we can re-book your canceled 'week'!
