Deposits:
Security deposit will be returned within 30 days, upon satisfactory inspection by the owner after termination of lease.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
In the event the Tenant wishes to cancel this lease, that request must be made in writing to the owner. This lease shall be terminated only after another Tenant is secured, or permission is granted by the owner. Deposit money will be retained until the property is re-rented. Any reduction in re-rental price shall be deducted from deposit before it is returned.
