Deposits:
Approx. 1/3 down and two other payments spaced according to rental date. All monies to be paid in full 1 month prior to rental date, unless other arrangements are made with owner.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Need 2 months notice for full refund. Other cancellations are pro-rated upon time and our ability to re-rent condo at full rate. Full refund if unit is re-rented at full price.
