Property Description
This unit has BRAND NEW CARPETING in every room. It is a beautiful two bedroom one bath condo with an in-ground pool and wireless Internet. It has been updated with all new furniture and fresh paint and is beautifully decorated. There are flat screen televisions and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room has a new queen size sofa sleeper that is very comfortable. The unit has a newer bathroom that is very roomy and has been upgraded with granite top sink and ceramic tile floor. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a single size mattress on top, and a full size futon mattress on the bottom. This room has several VHS tapes and DVDs to keep the little ones occupied. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a two burner cook top. The living room leads out to a large balcony! The unit is just one and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and a short walk to the lovely Asbury shopping district.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation/Refund Policy: There will not be a cancellation fee if the owner can rent the property for that week at the price negotiated. However, the time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this property off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after you signed the lease agreement, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented at same price as canceled lease. The earlier you advise us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
