Brand new livingroom furniture coming in 2 months! We have WiFi Internet access, a new kitchen, 2 new LCD TV's, crown molding, new appliances, 2 new air conditioners, new paint, new window treatments, new pergo flooring, etc.

This location truly can't get any better for the entire family! Our street (Plymouth Place) is between 7th and 8th streets....centrally located in the middle of everything! Within 1.5 blocks of our place is the: ocean, boardwalk, amusements, bike rentals, and water park.and the famous Hobby Horse Ice Cream - known for their homemade waffle sundaes! If you go 3 blocks the opposite direction you will find the famous downtown Asbury Avenue shopping district. Asbury Avenue is 8 blocks long filled with clothing stores, restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, toy stores, kids crafts, fishing stores, etc.

Everything is within walking distance from our complex. , The rooms are bright and airy with 9 ft. ceilings. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2nd floor end-unit condo offers a great view of the pool from our large private balcony. Our balcony has a table with chairs for outside dining as well as a chaise lounge. Our in-ground pool is conveniently located on the first floor. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs along with umbrellas and tables for dining.

We provide you with: one assigned parking space, covered parking garage, elevator and staircase, bike rack and 2 coin-operated washers and dryers (located at the end of our floor).

KITCHEN (New): Dishwasher, large microwave/convection oven, quartz countertops, a two burner cook-top, refrigerator with freezer, breakfast bar with stools, table with chairs, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. All utensils, pots, glasses, oven mits, strainer, tupperware, measuring cups, etc. are supplied. We also just purchased a slow cooker for our condo. (Have your meals ready for you when you return from the beach.)

MASTER BEDROOM: Queen Bed, TV, bureau with mirror, nice closet space. Bedroom is spacious. It is large enough to accomodate a pack-n-play.

LIVING ROOM - Queen sofa sleeper (BRAND NEW/w upgraded mattress), Brand-new LCD TV with DVD/VCR (various tapes left for kid's use), brand-new air conditioner.

SECOND BEDROOM - Bunk beds - twin bed over full bed, brand-new LCD flat screen TV, bureau, shelving and open closet space.

BATHROOM - Full bath.

UNIT is professionally cleaned each Saturday between rentals.

-Memorial Day thru June 17th - SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS only (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
-June 18th thru Labor day - open EVERDAY (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests by Tenant to cancel lease must be in writing and are subject to the property re-renting. At that time, if the property gets re-rented, the tenant will be reimbursed the amount of the *new lease. (The *new lease amount may vary depending on the time it gets relisted.)

All deposit money shall be retained by Landlord until property is re-rented.

Shore Summer Rentals offers Traveler's Insurance. Policies are priced at $45 for $1500 coverage and $69 for $3,000 coverage. This is a great policy. It covers: sickness, weather conditions, etc. Read into on this site if you are interested.
