May, Jun, Sept & Oct are GREAT times to be at the shore. The weather is usually warm, the beach, boardwalk, restaurants are ALL STILL OPEN but the long lines, crowds & traffic are GONE! Plus the rentals are about 1/2 the price.
This New, Private House in a Family-Oriented area has 3 lovely Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms. A fully-equipped, Eat-in kitchen, big sectional couch in living room, central air, cable TV (over 200 channels), DVD, Playstation, wireless internet, 2 adult beach passes & 2 parking spaces!!! A covered Porch Plus a Private Patio with cushioned chairs, table & grill.
All you need are sheets & towels to move in!! Sorry NO PETS or inside SMOKING.
GREAT LOCATION!! ONLY 1 block to beach, beach entrance & boardwalk in Pt Pleasant Beach, NJ. Short walk to Jenkinson's Pavillon & amusement park, rides, rock climb, games, arcades, gambling & slot machines, mini golf (3 courses), fun house, aquarium & more.
