Inside enjoy the cool central A/C while watching television on one of the two tv's. Beautifully decorated in bright colors and FULLY furnished. Reserved off-street parking space provided. Tiled floor in living/kitchen/bath areas make for easy clean up with carpet in bedroom. Large closet and two large dressers for lots of storage space. Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Administration fee $100.00 for ALL cancellations. If we can re-rent your week, we WILL refund you the balance of your security deposit MINUS the $100.00 administration fee.
