$300 security deposit and 50-percent of rental amount within 10 days of booking plus submission of signed lease. Remainder of rental 30 days before occupancy. Security deposit will be returned 14 days after rental, provided the property is left in the same condition as when the weekly rental began.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 30 days prior to rental date. If unit is re-rented, all rent will be returned. If not rented, total amount is due as per the terms of the signed lease.
