Cleaning Fee - We provide a professional cleaning service prior to each family's stay at our beach house. However, you must leave the condominium in the same neat appearance that it was presented. Our cleaning crew will do the floors, dusting and bathrooms. However, any additional cleaning, breakage, over and above the normal will be charged back to the tenants. These fees will be advised immediately in writing and taken from your 'Cleaning/Damages Security' deposit.

Cancellation of your already confirmed and under deposit week(s) carries 50-percent Cancel fee of Security Deposit on file. Given able time, if we are able to re-rent the week that you have cancelled (due to family emergencies, work schedule changes, etc.) you will be given a full refund less a 200.00 cancellation fee. The sooner you advise us of your change of plans the sooner we can re-book your canceled 'week'!
