The Dolphin's Tale Beach House is located on Magnolia Avenue (THE BEST BLOCK IN WILDWOOD), between Atlantic & Pacific Avenue, ½ block from St. Anne’s Church. We are a short 2.5 Blocks from Boardwalk & Beach. Close enough to walk to every thing that the Boardwalk & Pacific Ave dining district have to offer.

YOUNG ADULTS: Security Deposit. Varies :Per person charge ranging from $50 to $75 per person depending on group size and duration of stay: Minimum $250 charge per apartment.
Security is Fully Refundable upon leaving the premises.. NO WAIT.. IF & ONLY IF terms of contract met, rental unit is left clean and deemed in satisfactory condition by owner. Owner reserves the right to hold security for 30 days post occupancy if Unit is left in unsatisfactory condition and/or terms of contract are not met.
Upon leaving the Rentor agrees to clean and return apartment to state prior to occupancy. All units will include cleaning materials that will be provided at no additional charge.
Arrangements for 'post occupancy' cleaning service can be made available for additional fee of $50 -75 per Unit. Please request at time of Contract.
If cleaning service is not requested prior to ocupancy.. and if apartment is left unclean.. then fees will range from $50.00 to $75.00 depending on state of Unit.
BRING YOUR OWN LINENS. Linens, pillows, towels, etc:
Fees will be deducted from security deposit.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given with sufficient notice and the re-rental of the property.
Once rental agreement is signed and deposit/payments are received the terms of contract state that ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if cancellation is requested and sufficient time is provided we will try to re-rent the property during the time you had contracted to rent. The sooner you advise us of your personal situation, the quicker we can get the house back up on the market. We certainly want to try to accomadate all patrons so we will do all that we can to try and re-rent. If we unable to re-rent the premises moneys collected are NON REFUNDABLE.
