All rates are in US Dollars. $175 per night for a couple or single. $250 per night for 3 or 4 people, and $300 per night for 5 or 6 people, plus refundable $400.00 security deposit. 1% Oregon Vacation Rental Tax. Prices may vary, so please confirm before booking. To reserve your stay at The Carlton Gardner House, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance, including security deposit, is due prior to occupancy.
