This four bedroom retreat can comfortably lodge up to eight guests. The bedrooms include king-size bed, queen-size bed, twin bed, crib and double sofa sleeper. The bathrooms are well stocked with all modern amenities. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes.
For your entertainment, the living room of our centrally air-conditioned vacation retreat has TV, cable TV, satellite TV and DVD player. You can also cozy up with coffees and hot chocolate in front of the gas fireplace. Relax at the deck enjoying splendid views.
Our beautiful vacation house is also an ideal base for you to enjoy exciting water sports and adventures including fishing, boating, jet skiing, windsurfing, rafting, sailboarding, tubing and kayaking. You can also sample fine and varied cuisines at the nearby restaurants, cafes and diners.

Rates are in US Dollars.$250 weekend rate, minimum 2 night stay plus $50 cleaning fee. Each additional night is $200.A week rental is $1100 plus $50 cleaning fee.Prices for longer periods of time can be negotiated.$300 deposit (right now I cannot handle credit cards, but will be able to soon) check or cashier's check.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you cancel, the $300 deposit is non-refundable, but call and we'll talk.
