LEASE AGREEMENT (Abridged)

1. OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy at Cupid's Cove is 4 persons, including infants and children. Applying guest must be 21 or older, stay at the cabin, and be approved by management.
2. PAYMENT by credit card online includes rent plus 14.25% TN sales and lodging taxes. A cleaning fee added for stays of less than 6 nights, and pet fee where applicable.
3. CHECK-IN 3 pm; CHECKOUT 11 am
4. NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside.
5. MAID SERVICE. A one-time cleaning fee of $50 is required for stays of less than 6 nights. Linens/towels provided.
6. PETS & MINORS. See above for pet policy. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
7. RULES & REGULATIONS. Guests are responsible for reading and complying with cabin rules, regulations and Check-Out duties as given in the Welcome Packet and at the cabin. Any extra charges will be itemized and explained by letter or e-mail. Disputes shall be adjudicated under Tennessee law.
8. LOSS OR DAMAGE. Should any unpaid balance, loss or damages be incurred during the course of your stay (other than normal wear & tear), or terms of this Agreement are otherwise violated, management is hereby authorized to deduct up to $350 from your credit card for payment of said loss or damages, with the right to pursue further payment as reasonably warranted.
9. REQUEST TO VACATE. Our rentals are privately owned, and the owners and management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to inspect the property, and immediately evict guests engaged in harmful or illegal activity.
10. LIABILITY. Management is not responsible for accidents or travel mishaps to from the cabins, and recommends guests obtain their own travel and health insurance.
