All rates are in US funds.The rental fee:$200/night with a two-night minimumOne time cleaning and restocking fee of $75 (for over a 6-person occupancy, we add $20 per person to the cleaning/restocking fee).This includes all three bedrooms and the kitchen. Chili Cookoff week (first week in November) is $250/night with a 5-night minimum.When you make your reservation a 25% non-refundable deposit and cancellation fee is required. The balance due must be paid in full in advance of your stay.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
When you make your reservation a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. The balance due must be paid in full 25 days in advance. A 50% refund is available if reservations are canceled two weeks in advance. If something happens that you can’t make your trip, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. There is no refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.
