Light one of the supplied fire logs and enjoy the glow of a REAL FIREPLACE while savoring COMPLIMENTARY WINE OR ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY SAMPLER-all our way of showing our appreciation for your booking! FREE HIGH SPEED WI-FI throughout building. The headquarters for SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL is right next door at the Park City Marriott. The owner is a retired Fire Chief and part-time ski instructor in Park City, and he stays in his condo during his 7-10 day work assignments when he travels from Wisconsin. It is a home away from home for him, his wife, and family visitors. The unit earned a gold rating when it was listed by a property management company, and has modern appliances with ice-maker, a new 32-inch flat screen HDTV, and new PREMIUM quality Lacrosse queen, extra long SOFA BED with 7 mattress! The KING BED is high-quality and new in 2010. Programmable electronic touch-pad door lock provides security and convenience. BRAND NEW BATHROOM, with jetted tub, shower, and grab rails. Ski boots can be worn to the mountain, as the FREE TRANSIT BUS picks you up a half block away and drops you off very close to the lifts at Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, each about a 10-minute ride, and at the people-moving gondola at Canyons Resort. A boot dryer is supplied in the unit, as are a humidifier, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in forfeit of the full 1st rental bill payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
