Oak Ridge Resort is located on beautiful Lac Vieux Desert lake in the heart of Wisconsin's northwoods lake country and the Nicolet National Forest. We are just a few miles north of Eagle River, WI, a wonderful, small town known for great vacation homes and cabin rentals. Oak Ridge Resort is a year round family resort. We offer four cabin rentals that will suit all your lodging and accommodation needs, all surrounded by beautiful and fragrant old pine trees and majestic oaks.
We are located on the south shore of Lac Vieux Desert, the headwaters of the Wisconsin River. Our beautiful lake is famous of its record musky (a World Record Musky was caught here), walleye, northern pike, perch, small mouth and large mouth bass and panfish fishing, and is one of the largest in the state with 4300 acres and 19 miles of fantastic shoreline.
Come stay with us any time of the year and enjoy many wonderful vacation activities in spring and summer such as swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, hiking, berry picking, scenic driving and wildlife watching. There is plenty to do in fall and winter, too. You can enjoy watching the northern forests burst into brilliant fall colors as well as hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling or cross country skiing. Just at the Oak Ridge Resort "door" you will have access to 600 miles of Vilas County snowmobiling trails in the Nicolet National Forest.
We believe Oak Ridge Resort is one of the best kept secrets among God's Country resorts where you can spend a great relaxing and also fun family vacation or just enjoy a quick weekend getaway from daily stress of city life. EXTRA GUESTS:
All cabin pricing is based on the 4 guests or fewer ocupancy. Children of all ages are considered as regular occupants. There is a charge of $25 per day or $60 per week for each extra guest in a cottage. PETS ARE ALLOWED. There is a charge of $30 per day or $65 per week for each pet (regardless of its size) in a cottage.
RESERVATIONS:
A $200 deposit is required for each stay. We accept personal checks or credit cards for deposits. Reservations that are placed over the phone or email will be held for 7 days only. If we do not receive a deposit after 7 days, the reservation is automatically cancelled. You are responsible for the days you reserve and there are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. A minimum stay of two nights is required during Spring, Fall and Winter. In Summer we only accept weekly reservations. Sales tax is 5.5%.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
In case you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you only if we can find replacement for the time you reserved with us. If we can not find such replacement, the deposit will not be returned and can not be used for future reservations. If you cancel your reservation within one week of your stay, you are responsible for payment in full.
