Fish, relax, boat and swim at our private Island located in Lake Winter near Winter, Wisconsin in Sawyer County..Winter is located about 1/2 hour SE of Hayward, Wi and about an hour west of Minocqua, Wi. in the heart of vacationland..The Chequamagon National Forest is located just north of Winter..
Lake Winter is noted for its excellent fishing for game fish such as musky, walleye, northern pike, panfish and bass.
We rent out our island home normally from April 1st thru Nov. 1st of each year with a max. capacity of apx. 16 people. We normally sleep up to 12 in beds plus up to 4 more on cots and air mattresses...This is a very private and secluded spot to vacation and ideal for family groups or for a Corporate Retreat..Our rates are as follows:
PEAK SEASON RATES:
From Memorial Day week-end thru Labor Day week-end our rate for up to SIX people is $2,500.00..All additional adults over age 12 pay $30 per day per person. Children under age 12 are FREE..
Our nightly rate is $375.00 with a min. stay of 3 nights.
OFF PEAK SEASON RATES:
We have two off peak seasons..The first one normally runs from about April 1st up to Memorial Day week-end and the second one runs after Labor Day thru around Nov. 1st..
The weekly rate is reduced during these seasons to $2,000.00 per week for up to SIX people..Additional adults over age 12 pay $30.00 per day per person..Children under age 12 are FREE.. Our nightly rate is $300 with a 3 night min. stay.
This being an island requires a boat to get to and from our private mainland lot, for fishing, boating, etc.
We allow you to bring your own boat or to rent our 20 ft. pontoon for $125 per nite or $700 per week during our Peak Season or $75 per nite or $500 per week during our Off Peak Seasons..
